Shipping

  1. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday and your order will generally be shipped within 2-3 business working days, unless there is an event outside of our control.

  2. Please note that we don't ship or deliver on bank, public or national holidays.

  3. Please be sure to check your shipping information before checkout as we are unable to re-route orders once they have been confirmed. 

  4. UK deliveries are shipped via the standard second class Royal Mail Tracked For service. Please allow 5-7 working days for your delivery.

  5. International deliveries are shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service and are charged at a flat rate. Please allow 10-15 working days for your delivery.

  6. Ebi’s. is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces of nature or any other uncontrollable events. 

  7. Purchases from outside the UK mainland may be subject to customs and duty charges once the shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for and must pay these charges. We can't advise you on what these may be as custom policies differ from country to country, however we suggest contacting your local customs office for more information. 

  8. All customers are responsible for postage costs, insurance, and any custom and duty fees when returning an item(s).

Returns

We hope that you're happy with your purchase, but if you're not then here's what you need to do:

  1. Go to the Contact page of our website and email us with the subject 'RETURN REQUEST', and state clearly your order number and reason for your return. Please get in touch with us within 24hrs of your order receipt. 

  2. If your request is approved we will send you a Return Authorisation which you must include with the item(s) you are returning. All item(s) must be sent back within 48hrs of receipt of your return authorisation. 

  3. All product must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact. 

  4. Please note that we only accept returns for item(s) that are of poor quality or faulty or an incorrect item(s) was received.

  5. We don't accept returns from retail stores or for product that isn't ours.

  6. We do not accept returns on any food or beauty products.

  7. Please try to keep and return your item(s) in the original packaging. 

  8. We recommend shipping your return via registered post as we will not be held responsible for any item(s) that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit. 

  9. We will drop you an email once we've received your returned item(s).

  10. All returns will be refunded and credited back to you via your payment method within 14 business days. 

  11. Please note that all sale items, under-garments, swimwear, food, beauty products, and made to order items are final. 

  12.  All delivery and duty charges are non-refundable. 

  13. If you are returning an item(s) from outside the UK mainland, please note that you are responsible for all postage costs, insurance and any customs and duty charges to return your items from your country. 

  14. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item(s) that do not meet our returns policy.
