Shipping

We only ship out orders Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after noon (GMT) on Friday will be sent out the following Monday.

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days, except in the case of events beyond our control.

We don't ship or deliver on Bank, Public or National holidays and we currently only offer a 48-hour Tracked Service via Royal Mail within the mainland United Kingdom.

Please make sure to use a valid postcode to avoid any delivery issues. When scheduling a tracked delivery, ensure that you provide a valid phone number and email address. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any errors made by the customer.

All orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment centre and we do not currently offer gift packaging.

For shipments for our European and International shoppers please get in touch before placing an order.

Please be aware that purchases made outside the mainland United Kingdom may be subject to customs and duty fees once the shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for and must pay these. We cannot offer advice on specific customs policies, as these vary by country. We suggest reaching out to your local post or courier office for more information.

All customers are responsible for the postage costs, insurance, and all customs and duty fees when returning your items.
